In my own point of view according to the season 5 final episode Micheal Scotfield was ask if he is willing to work for the FBI Agency but he denied the proposal , which means there is 85% possibility that Micheal will be frame back by the Agency and like to be betrayed by Alexander and that might make him return to prison where T-bag is been held captive for the murder of FBI Agent and this may cause Micheal Scotfield to be given a proposal to break out THE GENERAL as the price for his exoneration.
